此模式采用对每道菜分别定价方式，分别为1.0元-6.0元不等，例好：青菜1.0元、蒸蛋2.0元、辣子鸡丁3.0元、红烧福寿鱼4.0元等，红烧牛腩7.0元、所有菜品分别用碟子装好摆放保温台上，用餐人员根据自己喜欢自由选择消费。
